Acrylic paint on stretched canvas, 40 X 30 inch.I was very happy to do this painting it was a nice change of pace from my regular subject and has given me a number of ideas to pursue going forward. I must say thank you to John who brought me to see the castle in the first place and I got to see it from a range of angles, from the bridge as well as the river bank and it will be a background in some future paintings for sure.
